The company that was once Accoyo Uk Ltd has sadly now entered the process of  liquidation. After a number of long years of strategic incompatibility in the management of the herd the minority shareholders are now trading as a separate group.

We as one of the minority shareholders are proud to announce that we now have four outstanding pure Accoyo males standing at stud and are offering a very limited number of outside matings for 2004.

The Accoyo brand name is synonymous with heavy cutting, low micron, high density white animals showing superior conformation and consistent bloodlines.

The Accoyo herd of Don Julio Barreda is the foremost breeding herd of Alpacas in Peru and as such represents sixty years of highly selective breeding to produce the most defined alpaca genetics available in the world today.

The Accoyo bloodlines have produced the foundation for the top alpaca herds in the USA and Australia. 

The Accoyo Project is an initiative instigated by a consortium of established alpaca breeders across the country with the sole purpose of moving the development of the alpaca industry forward towards it’s next phase in it’s genetic development.
